High Speed Slitting and Rewinding Machine with Free-standing Unwind
The ULTRASLIT® OHP is a unique blend of ergonomics, versatility, productivity and hygiene. The separate unwind and overhead path offer endless possibilities in terms of upgrades and options, not conceivable in its compact counterparts.
Offering excellent access and visibility at all stages, this version permits slitting and rewinding of virtually all conceivable flexible substrates under hygienic and dust free conditions at upto 600 m/ min.
The specific benefits associated with the DSR RL include:
- Overhead bridge in place of the traditional foot bridge which ensures a hygienic environment, excellent access / visibility and makes web threading easier
- Virtually endless possibilities of enhancements and upgrades in terms of material handling options, increased reel diameters, on line processes and other specific requirements
- Speeds of upto 600 m/min
