SP Ultraflex Systems (P) Ltd. specializes in the manufacture of secondary Slitting and rewinding machines used by flexible packaging and converting companies to convert the full width printed / laminated reel produced on the Rotogravure / Flexographic printing and lamination machines into multiple reels corresponding to the width of the package design. Depending on the specific requirements, the slit reels thus produced are either supplied to the customer for onward packaging of the product or further processed to produce pouches or shrink sleeves which are supplied to the customer.

The laminate in reel form, slit to the width of the package design is eventually supplied to diverse industry sectors including Food, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Confectionary, Engineering and Retail. The end users of flexible packaging material include multinational companies like Bayer, Cadbury, Lupin, Nestle, Procter and Gamble, Reliance Industries Ltd., Britannia, Cipla, Coca Cola, Colgate Palmolive, Glen Pharma, Godrej, Hindalco, Hindustan Unilever, Novartis, Parle Products, Pepsi, Pfizer, Ranbaxy, Sun Pharma, Unichem and Unilever. Slitter rewinders offered in three different Configurations

Slitting and Rewinding Machines are offered by SP Ultraflex in three different standard configurations depending on the specific application and preference of the Customer:

	Unwind section integrated with the main machine and beneath the Rewind section as in the case of the DSR FL (Front loading version)
	Unwind section integrated with the main machine and on the side opposite to the Rewind section as in the case of the DSR RL (Rear loading version)
	Unwind section free standing on a separate Unwind frame and on the side opposite to the Rewind section as in the case of the ULTRASLIT OHP (Overhead web path)
