Founded in 1987, SP ULTRAFLEX SYSTEMS (P) LTD. made its mark in the Flexible packaging and converting industry through a number of pioneering efforts in the field of Rotogravure printing and Lamination machines- both solventbased and solventless.

The year 2005 was a watershed of sorts in the history of SP ULTRAFLEX, when the management decided to apply its vast experience as a market leader in Printing, Lamination and Slitting machines to focus exclusively on the design, manufacture, supply and support of world class Slitting and rewinding equipment, an area heretofore neglected by contemporary manufacturers of converting machines, primarily due to the priority given to Printing and Lamination equipment.

The company has never looked back since and the adherence to some basic, universal principles has catapulted SP ULTRAFLEX to the pinnacle of Slitting and rewinding technology in a relatively short span of time.
